Do not get seasick... do not get seasick

We are in the middle of the Drake Passage and the wind and the sea are beating up the boat. One piece of the advice that was given to us was to stay horizontal during these periods. I have taken that advice and have used all day long today! I was incapable of getting up. I took a pill that was given to me at the reception desk but it had no effect. Breakfast was out of the question unfortunately.<o:p></o:p>

As we were told to signal any physical problem, I called reception so that “Fire”, the paramedic, was informed. He came to see me and recommended my staying in bed. Audrey, my roommate, came to see me as well as an English woman, Stephanie, who brought me some ginger biscuits. They were very kind.<o:p></o:p>

Not much else to say since I spent most of my time sleeping and listening to my music.<o:p></o:p>
